Recruitment Smart was founded in London in 2015. Our founders have spent their careers supporting large transformation programmes in Fortune 500 organisations, and today a team of about 55 people builds and runs the platform.

Yusuf Jazakallah
Co-Founder & CEO
Yusuf, with 18 years of experience at Ernst & Young, American Express, and RBS, leads Product Development, Strategy, and Finance at Recruitment Smart. He is also the founder of Hyper M, specialising in tech consulting for financial services.

Pawan Lokwani
Co-Founder & CSO
Pawan has over two decades of experience in technology consulting. An IIT Delhi graduate, he is responsible for Sales, Product Development, and Revenue at Recruitment Smart. Previously, he held leadership roles at IBM and HCL and built a £10M recruitment business in the UK and US.

Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer
Vikas brings 18 years of global leadership experience. He has been key in setting up Recruitment Smart’s sales engines. Previously, he worked with HP to build sustainable revenue streams and scale new service lines.

With 17 years in corporate finance, Khalid manages finance, fundraising, and investor relations at Recruitment Smart. He previously worked with KPMG advising CFO functions.
