What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. This policy explains which ones recruitmentsmart.com uses and how you control them.

How we ask for consent

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. Nothing non-essential runs until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link at the foot of every page or the button below.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary. We store your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. These cannot be switched off because the site cannot remember your choice without them.

Analytics. With your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. [TODO: list the analytics tools and cookie names once Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics is configured.]

Embedded videos

Product videos are hosted on YouTube and load only when you press play. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Forms

When you send a form, such as a demo request, we store what you submit, plus the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we can reply and understand which pages are useful. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
