What is the VISTA framework?

VISTA is the five-pillar framework VScreen uses to score interviews: Vision, Interest, Salary, Technology and Availability. Every score shows its rationale, so interview decisions are consistent across interviewers and easy to audit.

What is the difference between VScreen structured interviews and async video interviews?

Structured interviews are live and two-way, with AI guidance, automatic scheduling and real-time evaluation. Async video interviews are run by an AI interviewer and candidates answer when it suits them, which works well for early screening at volume. Both are scored on the VISTA framework: Vision, Interest, Salary, Technology and Availability.

Where is candidate data hosted?

Wherever you prefer. Recruitment Smart is cloud-agnostic and is hosted privately on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or Oracle Cloud, with regional deployment for data residency. The same controls apply everywhere: ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, support for GDPR and CCPA, and independent AI assurance from Warden AI.
