With over 4,000 employees and niche skill requirements, the company used SAP SuccessFactors as its ATS partner. Recruitment Smart integrated SniperAI, their talent intelligence software, with SAP SuccessFactors to streamline the hiring process.
The integration included features like Auto-Forward, which provided recruiters with recommendations directly on their ATS, and a Notes section for recruiters to add comments and track candidate status. A Geography filter was also added to narrow down candidates based on specific location requirements.
